The Devil & Tom Walker Inferences
One theme that i took from the story is "Money is the root of all evil". Its one thing to have money but you shouldn't let the amount of money control your hole life. Another theme that i took from the story was "Money cant you happiness". You could have all the money in the world but still be miserable. Enjoying life is what should make you happy not the amount of money you have in your pocket. Money comes & goes but the amount of time you have live should be most valuable & you should want to spend that with the people you love most. Thats what I got from The Devil Of Tom Walker.
Jessieca I want you to go back and read the directions again. Ask me if you have any questions. You were to do a character analysis on one of the characters and tell me whether the author used direct or indirect characterization to sway your opinion. I have graded this one however, if you go back and edit it I can raise the grade.
